Senior Meeting Recap & Other Important Information
Thanks for an AMAZING turnout last night for our first Class of 2027 parent meeting!!! Your support is fantastic and much appreciated!
Parent Volunteers Needed: BCHS Class of 2027 Senior Dinner Dance!
We are gearing up for the "Con Amore" Senior Dinner Dance on Saturday, November 14, 2026, in the BCHS Commons from 6-9pm, and we need parent helpers to make this special Italian-themed night a success for our seniors! NOTE: Each senior can bring ONE approved guest. Guest forms will be available soon and this will be posted.
Please review the available volunteer shifts and donation needs below:
Volunteer Opportunities & Shifts:
Decorating/Set Up Crew: Friday 11/13/26 from 3pm-6pm
Food Prep: 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM
Entry Table: 5:30 PM – 6:30 PM
Drink Servers & Clearing Plates: 6:00 PM – 7:30 PM
Dessert Table Attendants: 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Buffet Workers: 6:15 PM – 7:30 PM
Cleanup Crew: 8:30 PM – 10:00 PM
***If you plan to work the event please plan to wear a white shirt and black pants if possible. We will have aprons to wear, as well. Please CLICK HERE to sign up for a specific job. NOTE: Please do NOT overwrite someone else's name if all the spots are full; there is a space at the bottom for extra helpers.
Dessert Donations
We are also looking for dessert donations to go alongside our Italian-themed dinner! If you are able to contribute a treat, please let us know what you will be bringing. We are planning for around 150-200 students.

We are also needing Table Sponsors for $50 or $100 for this event since it is a fundraiser for Project Graduation. A donation letter is attached. Checks can be mailed or dropped off to BCHS and a logo/names for frames can be emailed to leah.lovell@breck.kyschools.us NOTE: Please throw away the letter you received at the Senior Meeting on Wednesday, as the mailing address was wrong. The new letter has the updated address.
