Important Traffic & Campus Safety Update for BCHS, BCMS, and ATC

As we kick off the new school year, please be aware that ongoing construction for the new Breckinridge County Middle School will impact normal traffic patterns around Breckinridge County High School, Breckinridge County Middle School, and the Area Technology Center (ATC).
Because certain areas and routes on campus are temporarily blocked or restricted due to construction, we expect added congestion during morning drop-offs and afternoon pick-ups.
How you can help keep our campus safe:

• 🚗 Slow Down: Please drive extra cautiously and watch for students, staff, and construction vehicles.
• 🛑 Be Patient & Alert: Expect minor delays, especially during peak drop-off and dismissal times.
• 🚦 Follow Posted Signs & Staff Instructions: Pay close attention to temporary traffic flow signs, designated drop-off/pick-up lanes, and staff directing traffic.
• ⏰ Allow Extra Time: Leave a few minutes early to ensure a stress-free commute.
