KHSAA Dead Period Starts Today

📢 BCHS Students & Families – KHSAA Dead Period Reminder

The KHSAA Dead Period is in effect from June 25 through July 9, 2026.

During this time, students may not receive coaching, instruction, or training from BCHS coaches in any KHSAA-sanctioned sport, and school athletic facilities, equipment, uniforms, transportation, and other athletic resources may not be used.

🚫 Most importantly, students should not be on BCHS athletic facilities or school grounds for organized athletic activities during the Dead Period.

The Dead Period is designed to provide a break from school-sponsored athletics for all student-athletes and coaches. Please help us ensure full compliance with KHSAA regulations by avoiding any athletic activities involving BCHS coaches, teams, facilities, or equipment during this time.
