I am a 2010 graduate of Daviess County High School. After graduating from DCHS I attended the Owensboro Community and Technical College where I received my Associate of Arts degree. Following my Associates degree, I became a student at Western Kentucky University where I graduated Magna Cum Laude and double majored in Social Studies and History with a concentration in Secondary Education. During my student teaching experience I was fortunate enough to have the opportunity to be 1 of 10 WKU student teachers to student teach in Werne, Germany (a small town outside of Cologne). I have recently earned my Masters Degree in Teacher Leadership through the University of the Cumberlands and I am currently working toward receiving my Rank 1 in Administration.

The 2017-18 school year will be my fourth year teaching at BCHS. I will be teaching AP U.S. Government, World Civilizations, and American Studies.

My wife Savannah (Tate), a Breck County graduate, and I live here in Hardinsburg with our daughter, Hattie. I am also an Assistant Coach for the Fighting Tigers football team. In my time away from teaching and coaching, I enjoy turkey hunting, deer hunting, kayaking, camping, and spending time with friends and family.
